Choose your accessories to be low key as well; do not choose flashy patterns and dangly earrings rather accessory by using colors that contrast compliment the dress you have chosen.
Add a pair of sensible shoes since you will probably be on your feet for a long time, and choose simple and tasteful make and hairdo, by doing so you will project an air of sophistication while at the same time offering up the picture of the successful graduate. Save your sexy clothes and accessories for the graduation party afterwards.
